What is it?
Like TedTalk, Theologr starts with a 20 minute talk by someone who is passionate about a specific, leading edge, Biblical, discipleship or theological subject followed by discussion and opportunity to ask questions.   Its one hour long in total and will feature speakers from around the country speaking, giving stories, study and insight into topics designed to challenge or encourage, ranging from “Hope as a Discipline”, “Adventures in Following the Holy Spirit”, “How Comfortable are you with Difficult Questions?” and more.

Evening starts at 8pm (get there for 7.55!)

The evening is strictly 1 hour long

Some of the speakers:

David Blane
David has spent a number of year’s with his wife Meghan in Redding California working alongside Bill Johnson and the Bethel church community. Dave completed the Bethel’s School for Supernatural Ministry. He is a maths graduate from Oxford university and is originally from Leicester. Back in England now he is a cyber security expert living in Aylesbury.

Clare Melia
Clare Melia is our very own homegrown St Stephenser. Clare works as the Community Worker at St Stephens Church in the Centre of Norwich. She has also founded the REST project, a detox project for those caught up in addiction.

Matt White
Matthew White is Curate at St Peter’s Church, Chertsey. He is the creator of Sceptics’ Space – a series of videos which engage with the questions modern, secular people have about Christianity. He is an Archbishop’s Evangelist with a passion for creating spaces in which people are free to question and think about Christianity, both inside and outside the Church.
